Carrier support is not guaranteed, and we are not liable for delays or failures in message delivery attributable to your carrier.

Your mobile phone number and any personal information you provide will be used solely for the purposes described in these Terms and in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. We will not:
- Sell or rent your mobile number to unaffiliated third parties.
- Use your information for non-political commercial marketing without your separate consent.

Texts sent by Louisiana Legacy Policy Solutions INC are political in nature. As required by federal and Louisiana law, applicable political text messages will include the following or a substantially similar disclaimer:

12. No Warranties
Text messages are provided on an “as-is” basis. Louisiana Legacy Policy Solutions INC makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the timeliness, accuracy, or completeness of any message. We are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your reliance on any message content.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Louisiana Legacy Policy Solutions INC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your participation in this SMS program.
14. Modifications to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website or upon notification via text message. Your continued participation in the SMS program following notice of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Governing Law
